So, Who Am I?
I'm Kaitlyn,
a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of experience helping women reclaim their strength, simplify their wellness, and reconnect with the way their bodies were meant to feel.

My path into health and fitness wasn’t linear. I was active growing up, but it wasn’t until college that I truly understood how deeply physical health impacts emotional well-being.
At the time, running became my outlet — it gave me a sense of control and stress relief, but it also sparked a dysfunctional relationship with food and my body. I was at my thinnest, constantly chasing the next diet, and terrified to eat.

Eventually, I craved something more sustainable — and empowering.
That’s when I discovered strength training, and it changed everything!
I began building not just muscle, but confidence. I felt strong, grounded, and finally at home in my body. That transformation inspired me to pursue personal training, and over the years, I’ve helped countless women experience the same shift — inside and out. But my wellness journey didn’t stop there.

Like many women, I once believed that breast implants would help me feel more confident in my body. And for a time, they did.
But a decade later, after dealing with a cascade of unexplained symptoms, I began to suspect they were impacting my health.
Choosing to remove my implants was one of the most personal and empowering decisions I’ve ever made — and it became a pivotal step in my healing journey.
Today, I’m an advocate for Breast Implant Illness awareness, supporting women who are questioning, recovering, or navigating explant surgery themselves.

Now, I integrate everything I’ve learned!
From strength training and metabolic health to gut, hormone, and lifestyle work — to helping women feel strong, energized, and resilient.
In a world full of wellness fads and conflicting advice, I bring it back to the essentials: nourishing food, functional movement, supportive habits, and healing that starts from within.
